This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on the Website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1) Shipping coverage

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


2) Order processing and dispatch

  • Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation (or as applicable for your selected payment method).

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during new launches, high-volume sale periods, public holidays, or due to operational constraints.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays (unless stated otherwise).


3) Delivery timelines

  • Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are estimates and may vary based on your delivery location, local courier operations, and other factors.

  • Typical delivery may take 2–10 business days after dispatch depending on the destination pincode and serviceability.

Delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, remote locations, operational disruptions, public holidays, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.


4) Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you place the order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping or promotional shipping discounts. Any such offer will be displayed on the Website and/or at checkout, and may be subject to conditions (such as minimum order value, pincode serviceability, product category restrictions, or promotional period).


5) Address accuracy and delivery attempts

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, landmark (if needed), and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • In case of incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping (where reshipping is possible).


6) Order tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details by email/SMS/WhatsApp (where enabled) with the shipment tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided by third-party logistics partners and may not always reflect real-time status.


7) Damaged, missing, or wrong items

If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, appears tampered, or if you receive the wrong/missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myavirastore.com or 8073430385 with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the outer package, inner packaging, and product(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We may request an unboxing video where applicable to verify claims.

Resolution (replacement/refund) will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy (available on the Website) and applicable law.


8) Split shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment (where applicable).


9) Delivery delays and force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions, regulatory checks, or other force majeure events. We will still work with our logistics partners to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.
