You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm the Website, other users, or our operations.

The Website requires account creation and uses OTP-based login.
You agree that OTP-based access is for your personal use and you will not share OTPs with others.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect suspicious activity, abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.
4) Product information and usage disclaimer
We strive to display product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur (including due to screen settings, lighting, batch variations, and handcrafted/natural ingredients).
Natural and handmade products may vary in colour, fragrance intensity, texture, and weight within reasonable limits.
Our products are for external use unless clearly stated otherwise on the product label/packaging.

6) Order acceptance and confirmation

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel orders (in full or in part) at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

7) Payments

We do not store your full card details (such as CVV) on our servers. Payment providers may process payment-related data to complete transactions.

8) Shipping and delivery
We currently sell and ship only within India.
Delivery is fulfilled through third-party logistics partners (for example, Delhivery).
Delivery timelines shown are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, operational issues, remote locations, public holidays, force majeure events, or regulatory checks.
Risk of loss and title for products generally pass to you upon delivery to your shipping address (unless required otherwise by applicable law).
9) Cancellations
Order cancellations may be possible only before dispatch, subject to operational feasibility.
We do not impose cancellation charges on consumers unless similar charges are also borne by us when we cancel an order unilaterally for any reason (where applicable).

10) Returns, replacements, and refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened/used personal care products are typically not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the product is defective/damaged on arrival.

Refund method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to payment partner/bank timelines.

11) Subscriptions (if enabled)
If subscription billing is enabled on the Website:
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and amount shown at checkout.
